  1. Open System Settings → Privacy & Security.
  2. Click Screen Recording (Screen & System Audio Recording) and toggle ON JordoSupport / RustDesk.
  3. Click Accessibility and toggle ON JordoSupport / RustDesk so Jordo can move the mouse.

  1. When the yellow User Account Control (UAC) window pops up, click Yes.
  2. This allows Jordo to view administrative settings and reboot into Safe Mode if needed while staying connected.
